Rainbows and unicorns are certainly having a moment and the new Starbucks' limited edition Unicorn Frappuccino is proof of that. The sweet, pink and blue drink is everywhere on social media and it’s already inspired a hairstyle, because of course it did.
Kelly Woodford, a Canadian hairstylist with an impressive social media following, has taken inspiration from the Unicorn drink and turned it into a thing of beauty in someone’s hair. She turned her client's tresses shades of silver, pink, blue, and purple and styled them into a French twist updo, complete with the straw sticking out of the top.
It’s really impressive in the photo she posted on Facebook, with her client holding the Uni Frappuccino up next to her lovely ‘do. A look around at Woodford’s work on Facebook and Instagram shows she’s got amazing talent with color and has done some incredible rainbow and pastel styles.
But she’s not the only stylist with the Starbucks Unicorn drink as her muse. Color pro Caitlin Ford posted her take on the trend on Insta as well, and she nailed it, too. The Frappuccino is only at Starbucks for a limited time, but these looks may stick around longer.
