The final season of Game Of Thrones will debut earlier, not later, next year.
HBO's president of programming confirmed yesterday that Season 8 of the hit fantasy series will air in the first half of 2019. The announcement is good news for fans of the swords and dragons saga.
HBO said last year that the final season would air in 2019, but gave no indication of exactly when. Be prepared to watch for a while when they air. The episodes could be as long as the 82 minute season finale last year, or maybe smaller.
