Residents of Ballyfermot in Dublin, Ireland couldn’t help but stare when they saw a unique horse-drawn-carriage rolling down the street. Locals captured the sight in a video, which shows a horse pulling along an SUV on carriage wheels. The SUV appears to be just a shell, with the engine and doors removed. No word on who the horse-drawn-car is carrying . . . but we can take a good guess it isn’t royalty. Check out a video below . . .
