A Spanish company is using 3-D printers to create what looks very much like real beef steak. It has the texture and appearance of a real cut of beef, but it was made from peas, seaweed, and beet root juice. (Yummy!) So, how does it taste? Well, they say getting the flavor right wasn't hard. The bigger challenge was getting the texture just right.
