A California man is alive after driving his Jeep off a six-story parking garage and onto a McDonald's.
The Santa Monica Police Department says the 20-year-old driver suffered injuries but was able to speak with officers. Firefighters had to extricate him from the Jeep, and took him to a local hospital in critical condition. The fire department said two passengers jumped out of the Jeep before it went flying off the parking garage shortly after midnight Sunday.
To give you an accurate picture… the McDonald’s was across the street from the parking garage!
It's not clear yet if drugs or alcohol were involved in the mishap. The roof of the McDonald's had significant damage.
