John Cameron is reported to have a “fear of flushing his toilet.” That fear was spread throughout his neighborhood of Perth, Scotland . . . after he tossed his used TP rolls out his fourth-floor window and on to the street below. Passersby below could see, and smell, the bodily goodness that John had tossed out . . . and reacted just as you’d expect. The fear was based on John’s claim his toilet was “prone to flooding,” which was exacerbated by the fact that he was in an upstairs flat. Because of the incident, John spent 32 days in custody, and over $4k was spent cleaning up the environmental hazard he’d created with his mess . . .which neighbor’s say he’d been doing for a year.
