David Owens was arrested for selling drugs in South Wales when someone called his phone while he was being handcuffed, and his ringtone told the story. When it rang, the phone started saying “Hello, it’s your drug dealer” in front of the police, who found cash and heroin at David's house. He had 26 previous convictions for 159 offenses, including possession of cannabis.
