Carrie Underwood recently recorded a cover of Ozzy Osborne’s classic “Mama I’m Coming Home” for a new Apple Music feature, “Apple Music Sessions,” in which artists perform reimagined versions of recordings.
In addition to the Ozzy classic, Carrie also reimagined two of her own songs, "Ghost Story," and "Blown Away.”
- "I have always been an Ozzy Osbourne fan and 'Mama, I'm Coming Home' is one of my all-time favorite songs,” Carrie shares. "I've always thought it felt a lot like a country song, and I've wanted to cover it for a long time,” noting, “I hope we've done Ozzy proud and I hope he likes it."
