(Memphis, TN) -- One person is hurt after a semi-truck spilled alfredo sauce on a Tennessee highway. Police in Memphis say an 18-wheeler hauling alfredo sauce hit a retaining wall on Interstate 55 near McLemore Avenue Tuesday afternoon, spilling sauce all over the freeway and causing a multi-vehicle crash. Police say a woman involved in the crash was taken to a hospital with non-critical injuries. As of late Tuesday night, crews were still working to clean up the sauce.
