The French Bulldog is the new top dog in America. That's according to the American Kennel Club which says it ended the Labrador Retriever's 31 year stay at the top. The lab is now the second most popular dog breed in the country. It's followed by the Golden Retriever, German Shepherd, and Poodle. The AKC recognizes 200 dog breeds.
