- Their 16th annual Employees’ Choice Awards winners have just been announced, revealing the Best Places to Work in 2024.
- The ranking is based solely on employee reviews posted anonymously on their site.
- Ratings focus on workplace-related factors including environment, compensation and benefits, culture and values, diversity and work-life balance.
- The awards are divided into two categories: The 100 Best Places to Work, made up of large companies with more than 1,000 employees, and The 50 Best Small & Medium Companies to Work For, which have less than 1,000 employees.
- Topping this year’s list for large companies is Bain & Company, a consulting firm that’s been number one six times.
- Bain & Company is one of two companies that have been on Glassdoor’s Top 100 list every year since it first came out 16 years ago, Google is the other.
