Florida man strikes again. This time some guy decided to drive his truck on New Smyrna Beach and into the ocean. Jason Brzuszkiewicz was quickly busted by deputies after trying to do donuts in the surf and he immediately said it's not his fault “the truck don’t surf.” The man added he thought he was in England and told the officers “Are we not in Kansas anymore?” The whole time he was questioned by deputies the guy was laughing.
