Carnival Cruise tracked down a Virginia teen over his Snapchat handle @CarnivalCruise. Darian Lipscomb is 15-years old and a fan of the cruise line. He was using the handle to document his own cruise adventures, but Carnival Cruise wants to get their hands on it for obvious reasons. The cruise line even hung up signs around the Prospect, Virginia neighborhood asking “Hey Prospect, does anyone know Darian?” The company eventually found him and offered him a free trip for him and his family on its new ship Carnival Horizon, in exchange for the handle. The trip is worth around $5,000. Darian is reportedly receiving special surprises throughout his trip that will be documented on the cruise’s social media.
