Maine Zoo Has First Reindeer Birth In Years

A petting zoo says its reindeer has unexpectedly given birth to the first baby reindeer in Maine in 20 years.  The female calf was born to the Pony X-Press on Easter Sunday.  Co-owner of the travelling petting zoo, Ed Papsis, says he didn’t even know the calf’s mother Cocoa was pregnant.  The company has the only domesticated reindeer in the state, which has no wild reindeer left.  They’ve named the new calf Mistletoe and you can see little Mistletoe -- just click HERE.
