This new reality show has a pretty disturbing concept. A new British show is taking things to the next level. They are asking how far families are willing to go for meat.
The new show is called "Meat The Family"and it has families raise an animal for three weeks, then either cook and eat their new pet or go vegetarian and send it to a shelter.
Some of the episodes involved a pig, a calf and a lamb so far. This is just wrong! According to some of the producers on the show, they say that the show asks difficult questions about ethical eating but also contains many heartwarming moments as well.
The show also examines the behavior of animals and their intelligence along with farming practices required to meet the demands of hungry consumers and what type of impact meat has on the industry.
