Gift cards are still the most popular gifts to give and get, so Target is taking advantage of that.
On Sunday, all of the retailer’s gift cards will be 10-percent off. That means you can save some dough getting them as gifts or if you’re just stocking up. That means, if you buy a $50 gift card, it rings up for $45.
