These Are The Dirtiest Places At The Gym

We're practically TWO WEEKS into 2020 and no matter where you are in your New Year's resolutions, when it comes to the gym you NEED to make sure that you're wiping everything down after you use it!

Now we all know those types of people who refuse to wipe anything down because it messes up their "gym flow" and then someone else comes in to a sweaty treadmill. Let's try not to be those types of people this year and clean some of the following things a little more after we use them in 2020:

  • Yoga Mats
  • Strength-training equipment(Apparently these have 362x more bacteria than a toilet seat!)
  • Swimming pools (2.4xs more likely to contain gene-altering agents than tap water)
  • Cardio machine screens and handles(74 times more bacteria than a public bathroom faucet)
  • Exercise balls
  • Water fountains
  • Shower floors
  • Handles at workout stations
  • Door handles
  • Gym bags
