A Michigan woman is facing an aggravated assault charge after an intense kiss.
Police in Detroit say Youlette Wedgeworthwas sharing a consensual kiss with a man in his apartment when she decided to bite an inch of his tongue off. Officers responded to the scene, finding the victim bleeding from his mouth and the piece of his tongue in the bedroom.
Wedgeworth was arrested while the man was taken to the hospital. A county prosecutor told a local media outlet it was "the first case of this nature in my 27 years in the prosecutor's office.”
The victim, who’s 68, says the pair were dating while Wedgeworth, 52, denied that. It’s unknown of doctors were able to re-attach the tongue piece.
