Bodycam video shows the moment when 21-year-old Nathan Miller was found by deputies passed out in his buggy. After a low-speed chase, they tried to block the road, and the buggy crashed into the deputy's car. It was then that a very confused Nathan woke up. He's been arrested and charged with operating a vehicle while under the influence.
