With part one of the fourth season of “Stranger Things” being watched by millions, people are getting tattoos like the one on the wrist of the character Eleven. The tattoos are just a three-digit number, and people are being warned not to take part in the trend that’s been shared by the official “Stranger Things” Instagram account.
What’s the problem? People are pointing out that the tattoos are similar to those given to prisoners in Auschwitz and have negative connotations. Others are saying that concentration camp tattoos were on the hand, so these being on the wrist means they’re different.
