The stay-at-home mom told lottery officials she couldn't believe it and immediately called her husband to tell him, "We did it again." She bought the 30-dollar lottery ticket in the small town of Mardela Springs, population 347. Lottery officials didn't say how much the woman won the previous two times, only that it was more than a hundred-thousand-dollars.
