There’s a new restaurant concept from Philadelphia Cream Cheese: Feeladelphia. It’s said to be the first of its kind – you don’t order food, you order feelings. The company describes it as a “multisensoral concept” created with chefs Jeremiah Stone and Fabian Von Hauske Valtierra.

Interested? Feeladelphia will only be open from July 14th – 16th in New York City and reservations will be on a first-come first-served basis. Guests are promised a multi-course tasting menu featuring dishes such as allure, curiosity and spontaneity. And yes, Philadelphia Cream Cheese will be an important ingredient in the selections and a range of textures, temperatures, visuals and flavors.

The dining experience will cost $35 with proceeds donated to charity.

  • To go along with it all, there’s also the new cookbook, “The Feeladelphia Experience: An Immersive Cookbook,” a limited-edition that the authors say is a “journey through the senses that can be experienced at home, inviting people to engage in cooking, eating and feeling through food in an entirely new way.” It’s available to order now at com.
  • Who are Jeremiah Stone and Fabian Von Hauske Valtierra? They’re the head chefs and owners of Contra and Wildair, respectively, they’re both Michelin-starred restaurants.
