Luke Bryan turned 46 yesterday and his wife helped him celebrate with a custom birthday cake. Caroline shared a photo of the birthday boy with his cake which featured a big can of his Twin Lakes beer on top. She also shared video of the whole family dancing around to celebrate Luke’s big day.
