A West Virginia woman is awake after being in a coma for over two years.

Wanda Palmer had gone into a coma after being beaten in her house in June of 2020. Despite suffering brain damage, after waking up she was able to speak enough to say she was attacked by her brother.

He's now been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and malicious wounding.
