It’s no secret that a lot of workers these days are suffering from burnout, especially after the last two and a half-years of juggling work in the middle of a pandemic. But apparently there are folks in some states who are dealing with more burnout than others.
- A new 24/7 Wall Street report reveals the states where workers are most likely to suffer from burnout.
- This list is based on data from the search engine Lensa, which looked at things like working time per week, annual salary, commute time, and the number of Google searches for the term “burnout.”
- Texas tops the list, landing in the Top Five for longest working hours, and at second for workers goggling “burnout.”
- While you may think the more densely populated Northeast would dominate the list, but 15 of the top 24, and the entire Top Five is made up of state in the South.
