(Jersey City, NJ) -- A New Jersey public library book is finally back on the shelves after being returned 75 years past its due date. Jersey native Bob Jablonski checked out 'Hitler' by Oden Rudolph from the public library in 1947 when he was just 14, a book that warned the world about the dangers of Adolf Hitler. It wasn't until the now 89-year-old Jablonski was cleaning his home that he found the book, still in perfect condition with the original reference card inside. Although it was 75 years overdue, he chose the perfect time to return it as the library introduced a no-overdue fee last year.
