(Fort Mill, SC) -- A South Carolina man is aiming to break his own record by taking his custom-built golf cart over 150 miles an hour. Robby Steen, who previously set the Guinness World Record for fastest golf cart driving just over 118 miles per hour in 2014, says he will attempt the record again on Wednesday. He's got the recognition already but his need for speed remains, expecting to shatter the previous record this time around. Steen's latest speedy cart is six years in the making with the help of his twin sons. And his family business, Plum Quick Motors, has been building custom golf carts for 46 years. Steen is an internet sensation, going viral on YouTube sharing his different creations and speed records over the past several years.
