The nominations for the 2022 CMA Awards are out! In a surprise, newcomer Lainey Wilson leads the pack with SIX nods including Album of the Year, Musical Event, and Song of the Year. She is only the fourth artist in history to debut on the CMA ballot with six nods, with Glen Campbell, Brad Paisley and Kacey Musgraves being the others. Blake Lively gets a nod for directing the visual for Taylor Swift’s collab with Chris Stapleton on “I Bet You Think About Me.”
