On Saturday, Visa Inc. said it plans to start separately categorizing sales at gun shops, which is a major win for gun control advocates that will most likely get gun rights advocates and gun lobbyists stirred up. Mastercard and American Express has also said they plan to start using the International Organization for Standardization’s new merchant code for gun sales that was announced on Friday.
