Morgan Wallen has had a year for the books, and now that includes the record books. “You Proof” lands at number one on “Billboard’s” Country Airplay chart this week for the ninth week in a row, breaking the record of eight weeks held by the 2003 Alan Jackson/Jimmy Buffet hit “It’s Five O’Clock Somewhere” and Lonestar’s 1999 song “Amazed.”
That’s not all; Wallen’s “Thought You Should Know” moved up to number 10 on this week’s Country Airplay chart, and his “One Thing at a Time” debuted on the chart at number 59.
