“80 For Brady”, the movie about four octogenarians trying to get into the Super Bowl to see Tom Brady play one last time, is now enlisting the iconic singers of the ‘80s! Dolly Parton, Belinda Carlisle, Cyndi Lauper, Gloria Estefan, and Debbie Harry are releasing the song “Gonna Be You” on January 20th ahead of the upcoming road-trip comedy.
This music supergroup joins the equally star-studded cast led by Lily Tomlin, Jane Fonda, Rita Moreno and Sally Field. “80 For Brady” is hitting theaters on February 3rd. In the meantime, Parton will keep churning out the hits.
As we told you, “Gonna Be You” is yet another collab that Parton is gearing up to release this year. Dionne Warwick and Parton are releasing the gospel song “Peace Like A River” soon. Parton is also working on her next album “Rock Star” that she teases will include several iconic rockers, though she’s keeping mum on details right now.
