The City's public transportation system, WinTran, is excited to launch a new route to Laurel Ridge Community College. Beginning April 17, 2023, this new route will stop at the following locations (to and from the Middletown, VA campus):
- Bank of Clarke
- Braddock Street at Amherst Street
- John Handley High School
- Shihadeh Innovation Center
- Jubal Early Drive at Apple Blossom Drive
Routes will depart downtown Winchester (Boscawen Street transfer station) every 70 minutes. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7:10 am-9:10 pm (excluding designated holidays).
