Albany, New York Is Dealing With A Mystery “Urine And Flatulence” Stench

Albany, New York is dealing with a foul mystery smell and no one can find the source. Officials describe it as a “combination of urine and flatulence” and it’s been lingering since September. The state Department of Environmental Conservation is now on the case. Depending on the weather, the stench hangs over the North Albany neighborhood around the Interstate 787 and Interstate 90 interchange. Right now the suspects in the stink mystery are a composting facility, low tide from nearby lakes or the Hudson River, and the county’s water purification and sewage treatment plant.
