Looking for a new job can be challenging, especially when you want one at a good company. Sometimes you don’t really know what a workplace is really like until you’ve been there for a while, but “Fortune” and Great Places to Work are making it easier. Their 27th annual list of the 100 Best Companies to Work For has just come out.
- It’s created using feedback from surveys from nearly 630-thousand employees at companies eligible for the 100 Best list.
- Workers weigh in on things like whether their leaders are accessible and communicate clearly, how fair the company is with pay, promotions and recognition, if they like the people they work with and feel cared for and respected as individuals.
- Topping the list this year is Hilton, up from second in 2023. It’s the sixth consecutive year the hotel giant has been in the top 10 Best Companies to Work For.
- They offer staff and their loved ones deep discounts on stays at any of Hilton’s properties around the world, and offer fully paid maternal and paternal leave to employees, as well as fully paid adoptive leave.
