When it comes to stress, Gen X’ers have it over all the rest. Generation X is defined as those born between 1965 and 1979, and an extensive study has revealed that they’re the most stressed…with a substantial part of the stress coming from having to take care of their aging parents, as well as younger generations who seem to be taking longer to figure out how to be self-sufficient. Fortunately, defining traits of Gen X’ers include their ability to adapt, be flexible, and have innovative thinking skills, which have helped them cope with that stress better than other generations might be able to.
