Costco Recalls Ready To Eat Chicken Products And Salmon

Costco is the latest company dealing with a recall. The retailer pulled chicken products that may be contaminated with listeria. The retailer says Costco members should return their ready-to-eat chicken for a full refund. Some of the products being recalled are part of a larger recall of BrucePac meats that were found to be contaminated with listeria, which include cooked chicken products from Rana and El Monterey. The recall also includes the ReadyWise Emergency Protein Bucket and Red's Southwestern Grill Chicken Mini Burritos. Under a separate recall are certain packages of its Kirkland Signature Smoked Salmon purchased between October 9 and October 13. It is also due to listeria concerns.
