A boutique hotel inspired by the iconic board game Monopoly is on track to open in Atlantic City. Developer RMS Capital says it will break ground on The Top Hat in the city's Orange Loop next year. The-three story hotel will feature a top hat, one of the pieces players can choose to move around the board, perched on top of the structure. A race car, another token, will be placed on the front of the hotel. The properties featured in Monopoly are named after Atlantic City streets. The won’t be any gaming at the venue.
