Ultra Processed Foods: What They Are And Why You Shouldn't Eat Them

According to a new study, people who eat ultra-processed food are more likely to get cancer.

These ultra-processed foods include such things as chicken nuggets, cake, soda, bread, potato chips, candy bars, meatballs, instant noodles, frozen meals and processed meat.

For every 10 percent increase in the consumption of this stuff, there’s a 12 percent increase in cancer risk.

So … put down that Hot Pocket and fix yourself a kale salad?
