It's been a long day and you need some wine. Your options are:
1.) Stop by the store and grab a bottle
2.) Ask your neighbor for a spare bottle
3.) Throw some grape juice in your Instant Pot!
David Murphy of Food N Service took a chance with his Instant Pot and the results came out better than expected.
He details in his journey that took a few weeks to perfect that part of the process was leaving his Instant Pot on for 48 hours.
To get Murphy's recipe you need the pressure cooker, a bottle of grape juice, wine yeast, sugar, a funnel, and tape.
"I was expecting a failure, but I was patient and played that annoying waiting game," he writes. "Honestly, it was so much better than some of those cheap bottles of wine that I’ve bought. Dare I say, even better than the two-buck Chuck from Trader Joe's!"
Are you brave enough to try this at your home??
