Glen Campbell’s three children can now contest two wills that cut them out of any inheritance. A judge ruled earlier this week that Travis, Kelli and Wesley Campbell have standing to contest wills that were written in 2006 and 2001.
According to the ruling by Davidson Probate Judge David Randy Kennedy the three Campbell children plan to question whether their dad, who had Alzheimer’s disease, had the ability to agree to the wills, and argue that he was subject to undue influence.
The 2006 will names wife Kimberly executor of the will, and also names his five other children as beneficiaries.
