Alligator Crosses Road During Hurricane Florence

Among the power outages and flooding caused by Hurricane Florence comes a moment of humor. Tracie Byrd from South Carolina caught the moment an alligator was crossing a road outside of her house during the storm. “Hurricane update: We have an alligator crossing the road,” she says. “Run gator, run. Run from Florence.” Twitter users responded to the scaled jaywalker sighting with similar humor. “Alligators and hurricanes!
