Do you have an issue with how fast your Amazon assistant talks to you? Well, that may no longer be an issue. Amazon just launched a new feature that will allow you to decide how fast or slow you want Alexa to speak. In total there will be seven Alexa speeds, two of which are slower than the standard, and four that are faster. To change the speed all you have to say is "Alexa speak slower" or "Alexa speak faster." The company notes that slower speeds could help the “hard of hearing and older customers” while faster speeds will benefit "customers who are blind or low vision,” since they “are used to consuming audio content and want to be able to listen more quickly.”
