No matter how great a job may sound, it’s going to be hard to go to work every day if you have a boss from hell, and it seems a lot of people just won’t put up with one.
A new survey finds:
- 49% of people say they’ve quit a job because of a bad boss.
- 54% of those 18 to 34 have quit a job due to a bad boss, with 49% of 35 to 54-year-olds, and 41% of those 55 and over saying the same.
The survey also finds that workers in certain cities are more likely than others to quit because of a bad boss, with those in Sacramento (66%), the most likely to have quit, and those in Minneapolis (36%) the least likely to have quit.
