They’re baaaaaack! Costco shoppers are rejoicing over the return of free samples. Food stations begin setting up in June, but not in the same way. New sanitary rules will be in place, though they're not being revealed yet. The only detail out is that members won't be able to pick up a sample with their fingers. The food courts will also bring back some items.
