A 12-year-old girl thought her grandmother’s ring was lost for good after it went missing while planting garlic in Wiscasset, Maine at the Chewonki Foundation. Madison Cooper was given the ring by her grandmother, who received it as a Valentine's Day gift from her late husband. But fast forward nine months later, an employee at the Foundation was harvesting garlic when she noticed something shiny around the bottom of a stalk . . . you guessed it – it was the ring! The grandmother calls it an omen from her husband.
