Bomb Squad Finds Bag With Cat, Six Newborn Kittens

A cat and her six newborn kittens are doing well after being left outside an Ohio church. Their rescue actually started with the bomb squad. That's because the little critters were left inside a large gym bag, which was reported to police as a suspicious package. The great news? Once the bomb unit got close enough, they heard purring and discovered explosive cuteness inside. A note with the bag said the kittens had been born the day before and the mother's name is ‘Sprinkles.’ Everyone’s now safe and sound with a foster family and a local shelter promises to provide updates as the babies grow over the next two months.
