Some home-sellers in Colorado are hoping their openness about a property will lead to a sale. Listed for nearly $600,000, realtor Mimi Foster calls one Colorado Springs home a "little slice of hell." The vacant five-bed, four-bath property is urine-and-feces-saturated, riddled with offensive graffiti, and contains a freezer filled with rotting meat. Despite this, the realtor says she has received multiple cash offers because of Colorado's red-hot housing market. It's believed that an evicted tenant caused all the damage. See the listing HERE.
