In the Noe Valley neighborhood, a Victorian dwelling billed as “the worst house on the block” just sold for that astronomical price. Auction overbidding saw the 2,158-square foot property go for huge bucks, even though it’s got boarded-up windows, peeling paint, and a foundation that’s questionable, at best. What’s the big draw, you ask? It has a parking space.
