A guy in California had to call a reptile expert to his home when he found a snake under the cushion of his couch! Alex Trejo, owner of So-Cal Rattlesnake Removal, said he was shocked when he discovered a 7-foot-long Vietnamese blue beauty rat snake! This snake is not native to the United States. He said in a Facebook post that the call was a "once in a lifetime snake rescue." The good news is that the snake is non-venomous snake, but it also was not eager to be captured. Finally, though, the snake is in the care of a specialist and being treated for a respiratory infection while he tries to find the animal's owner.
