Roy Orbison is the latest legendary artist getting a hologram. The Roy hologram will tour the UK with the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra next year. Fans can expect to hear songs from the upcoming album “A Love So Beautiful: Roy Orbison & The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra,” which will be on sale November 3rd.
“My dad was one of the first people to combine rock and roll with orchestral sound, so to see the full meal deal of having the big orchestra with my dad is really a dream set-up,” Roy’s son Alex says.
The Roy Orbison Hologram tour will kick off April 8th in Cardiff, Wales, and wrap April 20th in Bournemouth, England. Click here for a complete schedule. Tickets go on sale Friday.
